Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in its original packaging and condition.
To initiate a return, kindly email sales@dentyandco.com within 14 days from the day you received your items.
Please note that we do not provide free returns, and the cost of return shipping for items is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a refund, returns must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Items must be returned in an unused, brand new condition suitable for resale in their original packaging.
- All goods are subject to inspection upon return.
We regret that we cannot arrange a refund for any item returned in a used or damaged condition.

Once we receive the items, we will inspect them within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once we have inspected and approved your refund
After approval, we will issue you a refund within 2 business days. Typically, this will occur as soon as your refund or exchange request is approved. However, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item. Please return your order and re-order your desired product.
Faulty / Incorrect Item
To rectify an incorrect item that was sent to you, please email sales@dentyandco.com to initiate a return.
Once we receive the incorrect item, we will promptly send out the correct item to you.
Please note that customers in the UK may be eligible for a Swap-It service, in which the courier will collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct item to you simultaneously.
While it is rare, we apologize for any inconvenience caused if you have received a faulty item. please email sales@dentyandco.com and we will replace the item for you as soon as possible.
For our UK customers, we may offer a convenient swap-it service where the courier will bring a new item to you and collect the faulty one at the same time.
