If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please follow these steps:
– Ensure that you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us.
– Check the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email to get the latest information on your parcel’s location.
– Look for any text messages, emails, or attempted delivery cards from our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a nearby delivery depot, or you may need to schedule a re-delivery.
If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please get in touch with our customer services team and provide them with your order number. We’ll make every effort to locate your parcel as soon as possible.
Customers will receive tracking information automatically through email, or via SMS if they provide their phone number while placing their order.
If your order is taking longer than usual, please keep in mind that due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, some orders may experience delays during delivery, mostly due to customs. We kindly ask for your patience and suggest waiting a few more days for the item to reach you. This also applies during peak sales periods such as Christmas. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll investigate it for you.
We use royal mail for the vast majority of our orders, however we do use DPD for much larger orders.
